Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 25, 2026
Who we are
Forever Their Guardian helps families learn about life insurance and connects them with a licensed insurance agent. This policy covers forevertheirguardian.com and our ads, including lead forms on Facebook and Instagram.
Information we collect
- Website quote form: age range, state, tobacco use, first and last name, mobile number and consent.
- Facebook and Instagram lead forms: what you choose to submit, such as name, email, phone, state, age range, the coverage amount you're interested in, who you want coverage to protect and the best time to reach you.
- Agent conversations and bookings: appointment times and what you share.
- Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring site, ad campaign parameters and click identifiers, via cookies and pixels.
- Records we create: your consent (wording, date and time, and page), phone verification status and which agent your request was assigned to.
Sensitive information
We don't ask for medical information, Social Security numbers, or details about anyone's diagnosis or disability on this site or in our ad forms, and ask that you not submit them. If you apply for a policy, the insurance company may ask health questions for underwriting, under its own privacy notice and applicable insurance privacy laws.
How we use information
- Respond to your request and match you with an agent licensed in your state.
- Contact you by phone, text or email about the coverage you asked about.
- Verify your number and prevent duplicate or fraudulent requests.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Measure and improve our website and ads.
- Keep consent records and meet legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell or rent your contact details to lead buyers or marketing lists.
We share information only with:
- Licensed agents and agencies we work with, including your assigned agent, to respond to your request.
- Insurance companies, if you choose to apply.
- Service providers acting for us, including website and database hosting, text message delivery and phone verification, CRM and lead management, and appointment scheduling.
- Advertising and measurement partners such as Meta, which may receive limited data such as page views, that a request or appointment happened, and hashed contact details, never health information. Hashing transforms contact details into a coded value for matching; it is not reversible encryption.
- Parties where disclosure is needed to meet legal requirements or protect rights.
- Parties involved in a business transfer, such as a merger or sale.
- Others with your consent.
Cookies, pixels and analytics
Meta Pixel: we use page views and quote requests to measure and improve ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta's own privacy policy applies. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
Deal Oracle: we use this service for lead management and tracking. It records visits, attributes leads and appointments to ad campaigns, and may report conversions to Meta.
Optional first-party analytics
With your acceptance, Forever Their Guardian records anonymous visitor and session identifiers, page visits, active time, device category, approximate country/state/city when available, referring website hostname, advertising campaign parameters and click identifiers, and quote-form progress, validation field categories and verification outcomes. Personal answers, names, phone numbers, birth dates, beneficiaries and verification codes are not stored in analytics events. A protected link connects a saved lead to its anonymous session for internal reporting.
Analytics records and dated choices are stored in Lovable Cloud for Forever Their Guardian's internal website, form and campaign reporting. This analytics feature does not send these records to Facebook, Google or other advertising platforms. Anonymous identifiers are stored only after acceptance; session identifiers expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. Prior acceptance evidence is retained when you withdraw.
Use Analytics settings at the bottom of any public page to reject or withdraw analytics at any time. Withdrawal immediately stops new analytics collection and removes locally stored visitor/session identifiers. Global Privacy Control is respected for first-party analytics. You can still request a quote without accepting analytics.
You can also manage cookies through your browser's settings. The optional first-party analytics choice does not authorize the separate advertising services or change their existing behavior.
Text messages and calls
If you give your number and check the consent box (or submit one of our ad forms that includes this consent), a licensed insurance agent working with Forever Their Guardian may call or text you about life insurance, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.
To stop calls, tell your agent or contact us and we'll add you to our internal do-not-call list.
How long we keep information
We keep information as long as needed for your request, our relationship, and legal, regulatory and record-keeping duties, including proof of consent and do-not-call requests. It is then deleted or de-identified. Analytics identifiers expire as described above.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, with access limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices and rights
You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and opt out of calls and emails by telling your agent or contacting us. You can request access, correction, a copy or deletion of your information by contacting us. We verify requests, and some records must be kept for legal reasons.
Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, for example Virginia, Texas, Tennessee and Kentucky, may have additional rights, including opting out of targeted advertising. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Children
Our site and ads are for adults 18 and older. Our coverage is meant to help protect children and other dependents, but we don't knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us and we'll delete it.
Other websites
Agent scheduling pages, insurance company sites and Meta have their own policies. Review their notices when using those services.
